Annalise Eldred

Annalise Eldred currently serves as the Head of Customer Contact Centres at Lookers plc, a position held since May 2022, overseeing sales and after-sales customer interactions for all brands within the company. Previously, Annalise worked at Lookers Ford from May 2006 to May 2022, initially as a Sales Executive and later as the Business Development Centre Sales Manager. Annalise is further enhancing professional qualifications through an Apprenticeship Level 5 in Operations and Departmental Management at the Chartered Management Institute, set to be completed by July 2025.
