Lidia González Sanz has a wealth of professional experience. Lidia began their career in 2013 as a Recruiter & Project Coordinator at South Summit. In 2014, they moved to Brabante Cervezas as a Business Controller. In 2015, they joined Inditex as a Talent Specialist, where they drove the recruitment process, organized and planned the HR strategy, and coordinated operations. Finally, in 2018, they were appointed Head of Talent & Experience and People Business Partner Manager at Lookiero, before taking on their current role as People Business Partner.
Lidia González Sanz has a diverse educational background. In 2021, they completed an advanced program in People & Culture Manager at The Hero Camp. From 2020 to 2021, they attended UNIR - La Universidad en Internet for an advanced program in People Analytics & HR Analytics. In 2016 and 2017, they earned a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from TAFE NSW.
