Simon Menashy

Simon Menashy has over 10 years of experience in venture capital and board roles. From 2011 to 2021, they held various positions at MMC Ventures, a leading early-stage venture capital firm based in London. Simon invested from seed to Series A and served as a board director or observer for multiple companies. In 2015, they became a board director/observer at Masabi, a global leader in mobile ticketing for transportation. In 2016, they became a board director at Signal Media Ltd, a platform that helps businesses monitor the world's media. In 2017, they became a board director at DigitalGenius, a no-code platform that helps ecommerce businesses automate support resolutions for their customers. In 2019, they became a board director at Lookiero, an innovative online personal styling experience. In 2020, they became a board director at Ably, a global enterprise realtime communication platform. Simon also served as a board director at Sky-Futures, a drone-based industrial inspection platform, from 2015 to 2021. In addition, they served as a board observer at MUBI, a curated online cinema, from 2013 to 2021, and a board director at Senseye, a data science platform that predicts machine failure, from 2017 to 2022. In 2014, they became a board director at Brightpearl, a retail management software provider, and supported it through to exit in 2021.

Simon Menashy completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and Space Research from the University of Birmingham in 2007. In 2008, they obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from The University of Birmingham.
