Jazmin Jones-Oliver

Jazmin Jones-Oliver serves as the People and Culture Director at Lookingglass Theatre Company since September 2021, where responsibilities include partnering with key executives to enhance organizational culture and managing various human resource functions. Previously, Jazmin held the position of Marketing and Communications Manager at Mudlark Theater for a brief period in 2021 and worked as the Theater Marketing Manager at Miami-Dade County from June 2016 to May 2021, focusing on brand identity and communications strategies. Additional experience includes managing the Theater Department and producing annual professional productions. Jazmin holds a Master of Arts in Lifespan and Digital Communication from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Central Florida, along with a certificate in Hospitality and Tourism Management.
