Kylie Stover is an experienced arts management professional currently serving as the Director of Ticketing & Audience Services and External Communications Manager at Lookingglass Theatre Company since March 2023. With a focus on enhancing stakeholder relationships and sharing the company's vision, Kylie plays a key role during a period of transition for the organization. Prior to this, Kylie worked at Chicago Tap Theatre as General Manager and Company Manager, overseeing event planning, budgeting, and liaising between artists and administration. Additional experience includes managing a virtual acting studio at CastingCall, interning in event management and marketing at Fulton Street Collective, as well as various roles at Hubbard Street Dance Chicago and the Chicago Dance History Project. Kylie holds a Bachelor's degree in Dance from Northwestern University, where studies concluded in June 2020.

Founded in 1988 by graduates of Northwestern University, Lookingglass Theatre Company is a nationwide leader in the creation and presentation of new, cutting-edge theatrical works and in sharing its ensemble-based theatrical techniques with Chicago-area students and teachers through Education and Community Programs. In 2003, Lookingglass Theatre opened in Chicago’s landmark Water Tower Water Works on Michigan Avenue. In 2011, Lookingglass received the American Theatre Wing’s Tony Award® for Outstanding Regional Theatre. In 2016, Lookingglass received the MacArthur Award for Creative and Effective Institutions and in 2017, was the recipient of the League of Chicago Theatres’ Artistic Achievement Award.
