Amy Ciciliot

Amy Ciciliot serves as the SVP/COO at Lookout Credit Union, a position held since September 2006, following previous roles as AVP of Operations and Branch Manager. Throughout the career, Amy has effectively led staff to achieve sales and lending goals, provided coaching, managed branch budgets, and trained personnel on new software. Prior to the SVP role, responsibilities included serving as a Senior Loan Officer, where Amy conducted interviews, underwrote, approved, and funded loans while promoting credit union products and services. Amy’s experience at Lookout Credit Union began in September 1998 as a Loan Officer and Teller. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Idaho State University and completion of the Western CUNA Management School in 2017 and 2018.
