Reilly Madden

Reilly Madden, CFP®, currently serves as the Director of M&A at Lookout Pest Control, a Percheron Capital portfolio company, beginning in January 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Mergers and Acquisitions Associate at inspeerity and Director of Sales - North America at Concise Software International, where Reilly contributed to business development through custom system software. Previous entrepreneurial experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer and Owner of Madden Defense, where strategic operations and marketing development were implemented for a medical startup, and as Co-Founder of Athletes Guide, focusing on financial data management and athlete connections. Reilly has also held operational and financial advisory roles at SC Health SPV and MTX Wealth Management, with an academic background in Finance from the University of South Carolina and further studies at Northwestern University.
