Eugene Tiutiunnyk

Eugene Tiutiunnyk has a diverse work experience spanning various software engineering roles.

In 2002, they began their career as a Junior Software Engineer at Pride Ltd, where they supported existing accounting software and created new features. This role allowed him to gain essential knowledge in accounting, banking, and property management.

From 2003 to 2006, Tiutiunnyk worked as a Software Engineer at Softline, a software company serving the Ukrainian government and corporations. Initially starting as an ASP engineer, they then expanded their skills in programming languages.

In 2006, they joined Sonopia, a start-up with a focus on creating and managing private Virtual Mobile Operators. Though hired for the client-side team, Tiutiunnyk was involved in full stack development due to the ambiguous role distribution in the start-up environment.

From 2007 to 2008, they worked remotely with KZOO webcreatie, a Netherlands-based company. Here, they contributed to the development of custom PHP websites, specifically creating a visual editor for XML website templates.

In 2008, Tiutiunnyk joined EPAM Systems as a Senior Software Engineer, where they worked on the WideOrbit Traffic Solution system.

From 2010 to 2015, they served as a Lead Software Engineer at HumanConcepts A Saba Company. Eugene played a crucial role in the development of their flagship product, the SaaS HumanConcepts Suite.

In 2014, Tiutiunnyk founded ShowMap, a small start-up with an iOS navigation app. ShowMap targeted event organizers and helped them maintain schedules for big events such as music festivals or art walks.

Finally, since 2015, Tiutiunnyk has been working at Lookout. Eugene started as a Senior Staff Software Engineer and later transitioned to become a Senior Engineering Manager.

Throughout their career, Tiutiunnyk has demonstrated a strong technical background and experience working in both start-up and larger company environments.

Eugene Tiutiunnyk pursued their education from 1999 to 2004 at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. During this time, they obtained a Master's degree in Cybernetics with a focus on Applied Mathematics.
