Shani Raba

Shani Raba has a diverse work experience in the technology and product development industry. Shani is currently working as an Executive Tech & Product Consultant, where they help businesses build tech and product roadmaps, hire executives, and optimize processes using Agile and Lean methodologies. Their focus is on promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

Before this, Shani co-founded Loola TV, a live streaming platform that aims to enhance live content and reach a wider audience. Shani served as the CTO, overseeing the development of innovative features and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Prior to Loola TV, Shani held various leadership roles at Sears Israel. As the VP of R&D, they led engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning while driving growth. Shani also served as the Director of R&D and R&D Group Manager, overseeing core site development, performance tuning, mobile development, and continuous delivery.

Shani's career began in the Israel Air Force (IAF), where they worked as a software developer and team lead. Shani honed their skills in web application development, using technologies like vb, C#1.1, and C#2.0, while also coding GIS applications.

Shani Raba has an educational background in computer science. Shani obtained a BSc. in Computer Science from Netanya Academic College between the years 2000 and 2003. Subsequently, they pursued further studies and obtained an MSc in Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University from 2006 to 2009.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Shani Raba has also obtained several certifications related to football scouting. In 2020, they completed the PFSA Level 1 Opposition Analysis In Foot certification, PFSA Introduction into Football Scouting certification, and the PFSA Level 1 Talent Identification in Football certification. These certifications were obtained from the Professional Football Scouts Association (PFSA).
