Mary Jo (MJ) Kaplan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational consulting and social entrepreneurship. As the Founder and CEO of Kaplan Consulting LLC since January 2000, MJ has led a global consulting network focused on facilitating transformation for diverse organizations and communities. In addition to this role, MJ serves as Co-creator and Board Member at Loomio, contributing to inclusive decision-making processes across 100 countries. Previously, MJ held positions as a Partner at The Ready, a consultant at Third Sector New England, and as an Associate at the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University.
