Courtney Jackson has extensive experience in education, currently serving as the Director of Gender and Sexuality and teaching Senior English at The Loomis Chaffee School since August 2018. Additionally, Courtney leads an upper-class boys dormitory and has previously taught Sophomore and Junior English. Prior to this role, Courtney was a Master Teacher at the Advanced Studies Program at St. Paul's School from 2012 to August 2022, focusing on environmental sustainability, ethics, and social justice, while mentoring interns. Courtney's earlier experience includes positions as Humanities Teacher at Peddie School and Humanities Teaching Fellow at St. Paul's School. Academic qualifications include a Master of Education in Learning and Teaching from Harvard Graduate School of Education, a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies from Dartmouth College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and History from Lehigh University.
