Kim Barberi

Kim Barberi currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at The Loomis Chaffee School, a position held since August 2021. Prior to this role, Kim worked as a Human Resources Business Partner for the State of Connecticut from October 2020 to July 2021. Kim's extensive experience in human resources also includes a tenure as Assistant Human Resources Administrator at the State of Connecticut - Department of Education from June 2003 to August 2020. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies from the University of Hartford and has furthered education at Yale School of Management.
