Kenneth Spicer Jr. has a diverse work experience in the financial and technology industry. Kenneth started their career as a Systems Analyst at Fidelity Investments in 2006 and then worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Bank of America from 2007 to 2008. Kenneth returned to Fidelity Investments as a Project Manager from 2008 to 2010. In 2010, they joined Bank of America again, this time as a Sr. Business Analyst, and stayed there until 2011. Kenneth then worked at Bain Capital as a Project Manager from 2011 to 2011. Later in 2011, they joined John Hancock Life Insurance Company as a Sr. Project Manager and then moved to RBS Citizens Group as a Senior Business Analyst from 2012 to 2013. In 2013, they became a Senior Project Manager at MFS Investment Management and worked there until 2014. Kenneth then joined PTC as a Project Manager until 2015, when they joined Loomis, Sayles & Company as a Technology Partner, a position they currently hold.

Kenneth Spicer Jr. completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, which they attended from 1991 to 1995. Prior to that, they attended Boston Latin School from 1988 to 1991, although no specific degree or field of study was provided for this period. Later, Kenneth pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance at the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, where they studied from 2000 to 2004.
