Claire Screaton

Claire Screaton has extensive work experience in learning and development roles. Claire is currently the Global Head of Leadership Development at Loomis, where they focus on developing leaders and sales teams for future transformation. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Learning and Talent at Loomis, where they partnered with the business to drive capability and performance and align the people culture with strategic goals. Before joining Loomis, Claire held various learning and development roles at Boots UK and Boots Retail International, where they designed and delivered training programs for colleagues and store leadership development. Claire also worked as the Learning & Development Manager at International Retail's UK Support Office, focusing on leadership and behavioral development. Claire's work experience dates back to 2003 when they started as a Training Manager for the Commercial Team at Boots UK, where they developed training solutions for in-store consultants and No7 Consultants.

Claire Screaton completed their education at various institutions. Claire obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Leicester in 1998. Claire then attended Nottingham Trent University, where they earned a Certificate in Personnel Practice in 2000 and a Postgraduate Certificate in Management for Personnel and Development in 2003, specializing in HR. Claire also has additional certifications, including being a Strengthscope facilitator and a Tsdi facilitator, obtained in 2018, a TAP Cert in Training Design from TAP Learning in 2013, and being an Mbti Practitioner from The Myers-Briggs Company in 2011.
