Stevan Ristic

Stevan Ristic has extensive experience in M&A and corporate development roles. Stevan is currently the Global Head of M&A at Loomis, a company specializing in cash flow management. Stevan is also a Member of the Board of Directors at Aras Security Nordic, Idesco Oy, and COBS AB.

Previously, Ristic worked at Lagercrantz Group AB as the VP, Head of M&A and Business Development at Division TecSec. Stevan played a pivotal role in driving profitable growth and executing acquisitions. Stevan also served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Idesco Oy.

Prior to that, Ristic worked as an Interim M&A and Corporate Development Executive at Interim Corporate Development, where they strategized and executed growth initiatives for global companies. Stevan also held senior positions at Stora Enso, where they served as the SVP, Head of Strategy & Business Development at the Packaging Solutions division, and as the VP, M&A & Corporate Finance for the Stora Enso Group.

Ristic's career also includes roles at Grant Thornton Sweden, where they were the Head of Corporate Finance for South Sweden, and at Deloitte Financial Advisory, where they worked as a Manager in the M&A advisory team. Stevan began their career at E.ON, where they held managerial positions in corporate development and M&A.

Stevan Ristic has a Bachelor's degree from Lund University School of Economics and Management, with a focus in Corporate Finance. Stevan also completed a Management program at IMD. In addition, Stevan has a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering and Technology Management from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University. Stevan also pursued studies in The Human Element at Rezon.
