Verena Ene has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Verena began their career in 1999 as a "Chargée d'assistance" at Vernier Europ Assistance. Verena later worked as a Team Leader at Europ Assistance, where they stayed until 2003. In the same year, they became a member of Le CLUB DE FEMMES ENTREPRENEURS. From 2003 to 2004, Verena served as the Geschäftsführender Direktor at 7 ETOILE. Verena then joined Reuters in 2005 as an Order Management Specialist. Verena continued to progress in their career, becoming a Customer Administration Specialist Austria, CEE, Greece, and Turkey at Refinitiv in 2009. Verena held this position until 2020. Between 2018 and 2020, Verena dedicated their time as a Volunteer Project Manager at Agri and Culture. In 2020, they joined Fresenius Medical Care Austria GmbH, where they functioned as the Head Of Customer Service and Bottleneck Manager until 2021. Verena then moved to Healthcare Austria GmbH, assuming the role of Leitung des Customer Service from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are the Head of Customer Service Center at Loomis, a position they have held since May 2022.
Verena Ene has a degree in Management and Coaching from the Centre of Improvement for the Executives of Geneva (CPCG).
