Lauren Oliver is the current Head of Customer Success at Loop. Prior to this, they were the GM of Money Operations at Uber Freight from November 2018 to September 2021. Lauren has also held positions as a Client Services Manager, Strategic Accounts at Spend Matters Network from February 2018 to October 2018, a Youth Developer with the Peace Corps from March 2012 to September 2012, and as an Account Manager and Mortgage Analyst at Chicago Bancorp from January 2005 to November 2006.
Lauren Oliver graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
They work with Shaosu Liu - Co-Founder & CTO, Javier Vigil - Head of Sales, and Heidi Yang - Head of Product Design. Their manager is Matt McKinney, Co-Founder & CEO.
