Innes Rock currently serves as a Customer Success Executive at Looper Insights since January 2021, focusing on client content merchandising and compliance across various digital storefronts. Prior experiences include a Site Manager role at Magic Memories, where Innes coordinated operations with British Airways and led a team to exceed sales targets, along with previous positions as Assistant Site Manager and Site Supervisor at Sea Life London Aquarium. Innes began a career in customer service and sales, initially as a Retail Sales & Photography Assistant. Additionally, Innes worked as a Content Creator for The Adio Corporation. Innes holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Music (Hons) from City, University of London, and A Levels in Music, Mathematics, and Computer Science from Graveney Sixth Form.
