Tiffany Kushmaul is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in quality management and technology within the materials and semiconductor sectors. Currently serving as the Quality Manager at Loose Plastics since October 2016, Tiffany oversees QMS development, ISO auditing, CAPA implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Prior experience at Dow Corning includes roles as a Technologist in High Throughput Research, where Tiffany operated HTR reactors and conducted data analysis, as well as positions in quality assurance, process engineering, and manufacturing coordination. Tiffany’s strong foundation is supported by an education from Mid Michigan Community College, completed between 1992 and 1996.
