Marcus Daley is currently the CTO at 3E, Loot8, and Next Horizon Capital. Marcus is also the Co-Founder of NeuralMetrics and previously worked as the CTO at Mountain America Credit Union and S&P Global. Marcus has a BA in International Studies with a Minor in Japanese from Utah State University and an MBA from Colorado State University.
