William Quimby has a strong background in the food industry, starting their career at Bar-S Foods Co. in 2001. William worked as a HACCP Coordinator from November 2001 to July 2003, and then advanced to the role of Quality Assurance Manager from July 2003 to July 2006.
In 2006, Quimby joined Lopez Foods, Inc. where they held various roles. William began as a Food Safety Quality Systems Manager and held this position until July 2013. William then served as the Director, Food Safety Quality Systems for six years before being promoted to Director of Product Innovation in July 2019. Quimby's extensive experience in food safety and quality systems has contributed to their success in the industry.
William Quimby completed their education with a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Food Science from Oklahoma State University, which they pursued from 1998 to 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Animal Sciences from the same university from 1995 to 1997. William also earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Animal Sciences from Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College, where they studied from 1993 to 1995.
