Martin Perea

Mr. Perea is a Senior Electrical Designer and Senior CAD Technician at Lopez Engineering. Mr. Perea has obtained certificates for Residential Drafting Skill Set and Architectural/Engineering Drafting Technology from Central New Mexico Community College in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He received his Associate of Applied Science Degree from CNMCC. He has also completed training for Revit and online courses for Microstation.

He has twenty-five years of CAD experience including ten with LEI. He leads LEI’s CAD section, which utilizes AutoCAD, Revit, and MicroStation. Mr. Perea has worked on numerous government and commercial projects including New and Retrofit Buildings, Electrical Distribution Systems, Standby Generation, Photovoltaics, Site and Street Lighting, Fire Alarm Systems, Security Systems, and other special systems. He has also worked on Arc Flash studies using SKM.
