Ian Phillips, M.Ed., currently serves as a Middle School Teacher at Lorain City Schools, focusing on 7th Grade Social Studies and actively participating as a delegate for both the OEA and NEOEA unions, as well as on the Generative AI Committee. Prior experience includes teaching at ACCEL Schools, where Ian co-developed a disciplinary program and held the position of vice president of the staff Sunshine committee.
