Eric Eller

Eric Eller, PhD, CFA, is a tenured Associate Professor of Finance at Loras College since June 2014, where responsibilities include teaching a diverse array of finance courses such as Principles, Investments, International Finance, Financial Ethics, Intermediate Finance, and Life Portfolio Management. Prior to Loras College, Eric served as an Associate Professor of International Business at Upper Iowa University from August 2008 to June 2014, also chairing the Department of Accounting, Economics, Finance, and International Business. Eric's academic career began at Buena Vista University, where tenure was achieved as an Associate Professor of Economics from August 2001 to May 2008, and prior to that, Eric held the position of Assistant Professor of Economics & Finance. Eric's educational background includes a PhD in Economics from the University of Virginia, a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a Minor in English from Missouri State University.
