Neal Fiorelli has an extensive background in technology delivery, starting as a Manager of IT and Telecommunications at Kemper Insurance in the 1980s. Moving on to roles in banking, Neal served as the Vice President of Technology Delivery at M&T Bank and later founded Lorax Partnerships, where Neal currently holds the position of Founder and Principal. Neal Fiorelli is also an alumnus of Berklee College of Music.

We have depth and breadth of experience across a number of green building codes, standards, and rating systems, and have helped to streamline and expedite the building certification process for our clients in order to achieve their sustainability goals since our establishment in 2003.
