Aron Grufstedt

Aron Grufstedt is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in portfolio management and investment analysis. Currently serving as a Portfolio Manager at Lord, Abbett & Co. LLC since February 2022, Grufstedt previously held the position of Vice President at The Carlyle Group from August 2010 to January 2022, where responsibilities included structuring and marketing new issue collateralized loan obligation (CLO) funds and focusing on high yield investment opportunities in various sectors. Prior to this, Grufstedt worked as an Associate at CCMP Capital Advisors, evaluating leveraged buyout and growth equity investments, and as an Analyst at Octagon Credit Investors, assessing leveraged loan and high yield bond investments. Grufstedt holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Babson College and graduated from Wheeler High School.
