Asad Mawjee

Asad Mawjee, CFA, currently serves as a Portfolio Manager and Research Analyst for Global and Emerging Markets Equities at Lord, Abbett & Co. LLC since July 2016. Prior to this role, Asad was a Partner and Vice President at Global Thematic Partners, formerly known as Deutsche Asset Management, from July 2008 to June 2016. Asad's career in investment banking includes positions as an Associate in the Diversified Industrials Group at J.P. Morgan and in the Financial Institutions Group at Deutsche Bank Securities. Earlier experience includes serving as a Manager in Corporate and Investment Banking at HSBC from 1999 to 2003. Asad holds an MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, obtained in 2005, and a BBA from the Institute of Business Administration, earned in 1998.
