Rory Melick

Rory Melick is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human capital management and employee experience. Currently serving as Partner and Head of Human Capital Management at Lord, Abbett & Co. LLC since October 2018, Rory has progressed through various leadership roles within the company. Prior to this, Rory held director and manager positions at PwC from June 2011 to October 2018, and also served as Group Remuneration and Reward Manager at Toll Holdings Limited, among other roles. Rory's educational background includes Chartered Accountant qualifications from the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia, a Masters of Commerce in professional accounting from UNSW, and a degree in Economics from the University of Sydney.
