Laura Applegate

Laura Applegate is currently serving as a Pastoral Intern at Lord of Life Lutheran Church since June 2023, focusing on preaching, pastoral care, and faith development. Prior to this internship, Laura held various roles at Fidelity Investments from December 2010 to September 2021, including Private Wealth Management Planning Consultant, Brokerage Operations Representative IV, and High Net Worth Service Representative. Earlier experience includes a Retail Sales Representative position at Verizon Wireless from October 2009 to October 2010 and a Support Center Representative role at The American Board of Family Medicine from May 2008 to September 2009. Laura holds a Master of Divinity from Wartburg Theological Seminary, expected to be completed in May 2025, and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from Transylvania University, earned in May 2008.
