Becky Howie

Becky Howie has extensive work experience in the non-profit sector. Becky is currently the Head of Major Donors and Special Events at Lord's Taverners since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Make-A-Wish UK, where they held various roles including Philanthropy Manager/Lead, Engagement Manager, and High Value Fundraising Officer from 2018 to 2022.

Before their time at Make-A-Wish UK, Becky was the Programme Director at Camp Friendship in 2017, where they were responsible for budgeting and evaluating the summer program. Becky also worked as the Programme Coordinator at the same organization in 2016, overseeing the camp program and improving customer satisfaction.

In addition, Becky has experience as a Student Ambassador at the University of Exeter from 2014 to 2016, and as a Junior Staff Supervisor and Support Staff Liaison at Camp Friendship in 2015.

Becky's earlier roles include serving as the NUS Women's Liberation Representative at NUS, Exeter Guild, where they successfully campaigned to end the 'Tampon Tax' on campus. Becky also worked as a Senior Counselor at Camp Friendship in 2013 and interned at Westminster Parliamentary Research in 2011.

Becky Howie's education history begins in 2005 when they attended Ruschliffe School. However, no specific degree or field of study is provided for this period. Later, in 2012, they enrolled at the University of Exeter and pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Relations, which they completed in 2015.
