Maika Brouwer

Maika Brouwer is an experienced professional in human resources and payroll management, currently serving as an HCM & Payroll Specialist and People & Culture Executive at Lore Group since February 2022. Previously, Maika held the position of Recruiter for KLM at Randstad for a brief period in late 2021 and worked as a Human Resources Coordinator and Trainee at Radisson Hotel Group from September 2019 to October 2021. Maika's early career included a role as a waitress at Golden Brown Bar and volunteer catering positions for Alpe d'HuZes. Maika holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hotel and Hospitality Management from NHL Stenden (2016-2020) and has international educational experience from Stenden South Africa and Stenden University Thailand in 2019.
