Rich Pocta

Rich Pocta has over two decades of experience in the manufacturing sector, primarily with L'Oréal since March 2002, where roles include Planner Raw Materials, Component Supply Planner, and Production Supervisor. Responsibilities encompass daily production oversight, team coaching and mentoring, loss tracking, vacation schedule management, performance improvement leadership, training presentations, maintenance troubleshooting, and quality/performance auditing. Prior to L'Oréal, Rich Pocta served in the US Army from July 1998 to July 2001 as an Avenger Crewmember, also gaining experience as a processor and line operator.
