Audrey graduated from the University of St Thomas with a Masters in Counseling Psychology in 2020. Prior to this role, Audrey has three years of experience as a case manager in the community supporting a wide range of adult clients with physical disabilities and mental health diagnoses.
Audrey enjoys working with a variety of clients including children, adolescents, and couples. Her past experiences have enabled her to work with ASD, ADHD, Anxiety Disorders, Major Depression Disorder, PTSD, relationship concerns, and complex family systems.
Within her work, Audrey uses a person-centered and attachment approach in order to meet the needs of each client. Audrey uses attachment based approaches which include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play Therapies, Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy. Her main focus is on empowering clients and families to reach their goals.
