Jared Bradford

Jared Bradford has extensive experience in patient care coordination and process improvement, currently serving as the Patient Care Coordination Manager at Lorian Health since January 2013. Previous roles at Lorian Health include Care Coordination Supervisor and Process Improvement Analyst, where Jared led initiatives focused on improving business processes using Six Sigma methodology and maintained strong relationships with over 200 clients as a Community Liaison. Prior experience includes working as a Forklift Operator at NFI from January 2008 to September 2012. Jared Bradford completed a high school diploma in General Studies at Wilmer Amina Carter High School from 2004 to 2007.
