Łukasz heads Lorien’s operations in Poland/CEE as Managing Director. He is a results driven, self-motivated and resourceful leader with a proven ability to develop and strengthen management teams in order to maximise project efficiency and ensure a steady growth of the business. He possesses 20 years of experience of working for international Engineering and Project Management companies.

As a qualified engineer, Łukasz has an excellent insight into the entire facility development process, including project origination from concept stage, permitting, procurement and the construction management process. He is multi-skilled professional with a superb track record of managing complex functional projects in various environments in Poland and other CEE geographies, including Russia, Serbia and Lithuania. Regularly acting as a Project Director, he is able to manage stakeholder expectations and willing to take full responsibility for the delivery of project objectives.
