Tanika Hampton has a strong background in human resources and store operations. Tanika is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Lorien Health Services since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at TJX Companies for more than 12 years as the Hiring Manager of Store Operations. Tanika'sresponsibilities included recruitment, training, coaching, strategic planning, performance management, scheduling, payroll processing, workers compensation, and safety and risk management. Before TJX Companies, Tanika worked at Lowe's Home Improvement as a Human Resource Manager and at The Home Depot as a Human Resources Manager. Tanika started their career at Old Navy as the Hiring Manager of Store Operations, responsible for recruitment and orientation of new staff members.
From 1991 to 1995, Tanika Hampton attended South Carolina State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
