As the CXO and Founder of The Thrival Company since 2002, Elizabeth specializes in helping organizations achieve eco-efficiency and resilience, particularly in supply chain management. In addition, Elizabeth serves as a Business Coach at Positive Intelligence and as the President of Austin Guinea Pig Rescue, focusing on animal welfare. Elizabeth is also the founder of Your Corporate Shrink, delivering keynotes on productivity and psychological safety in the workplace. With a background as a Fractional CTO and roles including corporate training and facilitation, Elizabeth has demonstrated a commitment to empowering individuals and organizations alike. Elizabeth holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and has furthered education in energy facilitation through Morguelan Energy Institute.
