Alessia Sampolo

Alessia Sampolo is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Global Learning & Development Manager (ad interim) and Global HR Centers of Expertise Manager at KIKO MILANO since September 2019. In this role, Alessia leads global processes, tools, and projects to enhance employee experience and spearheads the Global HCM Transformation initiative. Previously, Alessia held various HR roles at Vodafone from December 2013 to August 2019, managing HR for over 500 staff across different divisions and implementing strategic HR initiatives. Alessia's early career included a position as an Organization & Change Specialist at Ferrero. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Stoà Business School and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II.
