Nuclear Facilities Engineering Manager, Group Lead - Plutonium Facility at Los Alamos National Laboratory

Braidon Waggoner has a diverse work experience in various industries. Braidon started their career in the US Army, serving as a Team Leader and participating in multiple deployments. After their military service, Waggoner worked as a Lead Pump Machinist at KBA Engineering, where they developed and executed repair processes for pump systems. Subsequently, they joined Chevron as a Project Coordinator and later became a Project Lead, focusing on metering and artificial lift technologies. Braidon then worked at Production Sciences Inc. as an Operations Manager, overseeing operations, sales, and service for the company's product lines. Waggoner also gained experience in the oil and gas industry as a Senior Commercial and Sales Manager at GE Oil & Gas, where they managed sales teams and developed sales strategies. Braidon later worked as a Senior Sales Manager and Business Development Manager at Baker Hughes. Additionally, Waggoner worked as a Project Manager at Viome before founding their own company, Mechanical Lily Munitions, LLC. Some of these certifications include RadWorker II from the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) in January 2019, Sea Survival with Modular Egress Training Simulator (METS) from Safety Management Systems in April 2014, and SafeLand/SafeGulf from PEC Safety in April 2013. Other certifications include Drilling Practices from Chevron/BP-Drilling Training Alliance and Defensive Driving from the National Safety Council, both obtained in 2011. Braidon also holds a WellCAP IADC certification in supervisor level drilling, workover, and completion well control certification from IADC Houston Chapter, obtained in March 2011.

Furthermore, Braidon has completed various training courses during their time in the US Army. These courses include the Squad Designated Marksman Course and Warrior Leadership Development Course, both completed in June 2008.
