Jayson M.

Jayson M. is a highly experienced program and project manager with a strong background in both military and civilian sectors. Currently serving as Program Manager at Los Alamos National Laboratory since March 2022, Jayson oversees the LANL Readiness Program, ensuring the verification of readiness for nuclear facilities and operations. Prior to this role, Jayson worked as Technical Project Manager at Los Alamos National Laboratory, focusing on engineering projects for the Department of Energy. Jayson also held the position of Technology & Improvement Project Lead at Tronox, leading capital project implementations for a major TiO2 production facility. Jayson’s military experience includes key leadership roles in the US Army, such as Brigade Training Officer and Company Commander, managing extensive training programs, resources, and equipment valued in millions. Jayson holds a Bachelor of Science in American History from the United States Military Academy at West Point and is pursuing a Master of Engineering Management from Duke University, complementing an Executive MBA obtained from The University of Alabama.
