Louis Brown is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and research within the fields of biology and bioproducts. Currently serving as a Technical Project Manager 3 at Los Alamos National Laboratory since June 2023, Louis previously held multiple leadership roles at Viridos from June 2015 to January 2023, including Director of Phototrophic Production and Head of Phototrophic Production R&D. Prior to that, Louis was a Research Lead/Project Manager for Algae Biofuels and Bioproducts at Texas A&M AgriLife from January 2005 to May 2015. Additionally, early career experiences include roles with the USDA APHIS as an inspector and service as an Infantry member in the US Army. Louis holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Blackburn College, obtained between 2002 and 2005.
