Susan Morse is an experienced Project Controls Manager with a strong background in managing projects for the Department of Energy at Los Alamos National Laboratory. Currently serving as Project Controls Manager for the Defense and Plutonium Science Programs since January 2023, Susan oversees planning, budgeting, and scheduling. Previously, Susan held roles including Project Controls Manager for Environmental Remediation at N3B Los Alamos and Water Program at Sealaska, emphasizing leadership in Earned Value Management. Prior experience includes Project Controls Specialist for the Space Nuclear Detonation Detection program and office management for TerranearPMC. Susan also managed Federal Community Development Block Grant Projects for the State of New Mexico and began the career at Los Alamos National Laboratory as a Fiscal Budget Specialist/Admin Ops Manager. Susan holds a Masters Certificate in Project Management from Villanova University.
