Todd has extensive experience in GIS coordination, data management, and field data collection, alongside roles as a Cartographer/Photogrammetrist and Environmental Technician. Todd's early career included positions at New Mexico State University and USDA-ARS, focusing on geospatial projects and aerial image interpretation. Todd earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from New Mexico State University.
