Justin Winegar

Justin Winegar is a Deputy City Attorney at the Los Angeles City Attorney's office since November 2021. Previously, Justin held the position of Vice President & Senior Counsel and Senior Counsel at Wells Fargo from 2014 to November 2021. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP and Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP between 2009 and 2014. Justin holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of California, Berkeley, earned in 2009, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Spanish and Comparative Literature from UCLA, obtained in 2005, with studies also at Universidad de Alcalá from 2003 to 2004.
