Los Angeles Community Impact
Kaavya Rajesh has a diverse work experience starting from their most recent role as an Incoming Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company in 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Community Solutions Idea Engineer at Emerson Collective, a BSEL Scholar at USC Brittingham Social Enterprise Lab, and as a Consultant at Los Angeles Community Impact, all in 2022. In 2016, Kaavya founded My Daughter Is Precious, a nonprofit organization focused on empowering and educating low-income female students. Kaavya also had internships at Sattva Consulting, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), XQ Institute, First Story Entertainment, and Centre for Civil Society from 2021 to 2020.
Kaavya Rajesh attended The Shri Ram School from 2005 to 2014. After that, they attended the American International School of Dhaka from 2014 to 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they studied at The American Embassy School in New Delhi. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Global Studies, with a minor in Screenwriting, at the University of Southern California. Kaavya has also obtained an IB Diploma from the International Baccalaureate institution.

Los Angeles Community Impact (LACI) is a pro-bono student consulting organization at the University of Southern California that strengthens nonprofits and small businesses in the Los Angeles area by addressing their business-related challenges. Since 2004, we have partnered with over 200 nonprofits, social enterprises, and small businesses in the Los Angeles area, driving greater business efficiency and social impact. Our clients vary in mission, size, maturity, and reach. Los Angeles Community Impact is a five-time recipient of USC Student Organization of the Year and a five-time recipient of Most Outstanding Organization at the Marshall School of Business.
