Belen has also worked at H&M as a Visual Keyholder, responsible for store planning and training new visuals, and at Crossroads Trading as a Store Manager, overseeing inventory levels and educating staff on buying and selling clothing.
At Urban Outfitters, Belen worked as a Visual Merchandiser and Women's Department Manager, overseeing visual displays, analyzing sales reports, and assisting in people development and floor planning.
