In 2002, they started working at the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services as a Senior Information Systems Analyst, where they stayed until 2013. Fredrick then moved to the Los Angeles County Probation Department and worked as a Principal Application Developer from 2014 to 2017. Fredrick is currently employed as the Principal Application Developer at the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services since 2017.
From 2002 to 2004, Fredrick Macwan pursued a Master's degree in Information Systems at the University of Phoenix, specializing in Computer Information Systems.
