Gayle Baigelman

Gayle Baigelman has a diverse work experience, starting as the Owner of a children's enrichment center called Creative Space from 2001 to 2006. Following that, they served as the Director of Admission at Abraham Joshua Heschel Day School from 2006 to 2008. Gayle then joined The Archer School for Girls as the Director of Special Events from 2009 to 2010. After that, Gayle worked at BookEnds as the Associate Director, managing marketing, fundraising events, and volunteer management from 2010 to 2014. Gayle later became the Director of Operations at Dogeared, a jewelry and gift company, from 2015 to 2018. During their time there, they directed and coordinated various operational activities. Gayle then took on the role of Special Events coordinator at The Midnight Mission for a brief period in 2018 before joining the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority as the Operations Manager from 2018 to 2019. Currently, Gayle works as the Director of Program Operations for Housing for Health at the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services, where they provide leadership and oversight for programmatic operations.
