Frank Hsu

Frank Hsu is an experienced architectural professional with a robust background in project management and architectural engineering. Since April 2020, Frank Hsu has served as a Project Manager at the Los Angeles County Development Authority. Prior to this role, Frank Hsu worked for over three decades at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, advancing from Lead Architect to managing capital projects and sustainability initiatives.
