Marina Brookins

Marina Brookins is an experienced project manager with a strong background in affordable housing and community development. Currently serving as Project Manager at the Community Development Commission since August 2013, Marina administers public funds for developers and ensures compliance with Commission regulations. Prior to this role, Marina worked as Assistant Project Manager at Nancy Lewis Associates, Inc., providing financial and management services for housing and public policy initiatives. Marina also held the position of Assistant Project Manager at The Bedford Group and gained initial experience as a Student Professional Worker in the City of Los Angeles' Asset Management division. Marina holds both a Master and Bachelor of Science in Planning and Public Policy from the University of Southern California, obtained in 2007.
